Galia Domaine Nature | St-Philippe (800 units)
The Galia neighborhood will feature nearly 800 housing units (rentals, condominiums, townhouses, and single-family homes).
Construction of this large-scale project will begin in Spring 2024, with the first units scheduled for delivery by the end of the same year.
The project will be built on a 2.4-million-square-foot (22.6-hectare) site and, in line with Habitations Pilon's commitment to environmental protection, 36% of the total area (880,000 square feet) will be preserved as natural spaces distributed across five large parks.
Future residents of the Galia neighborhood will enjoy convenient access to public transit (Brossard REM station with direct service to downtown Montreal, Candiac commuter train station, and the EXO bus line) as well as quick and easy access to the region's main highways (Route 132 and Highways 30 and 15).
In addition to enjoying a prime location focused on tranquility, a safe environment for families, and access to nature, homeowners and tenants in the Galia neighborhood will live close to daycares, early childhood centers (CPE), primary and secondary schools in Saint-Philippe and Candiac, as well as numerous parks, green spaces, and playgrounds for children. Residents will also benefit from local services and amenities, including a wide variety of restaurants, pharmacies, and shops, all just 10 minutes away from Quartier Dix30.
